What this site is

This website presents information about our marketing services for cash-pay health and wellness practices, and lets you book a free introductory call (the "Frequency Session"). The video content, materials, and the call itself are for general informational purposes.

No guarantees of results

We work hard for our clients, and we are straight about this: marketing results depend on many factors we do not control, including your market, your practice, your pricing, and your follow-through. Nothing on this site or said on a call is a promise of specific results, revenue, or patient volume. Testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences and are not typical results or guarantees.

Not medical, legal, or financial advice

We provide marketing services. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for making sure your own marketing and practice comply with the laws and licensing rules that apply to you.

Booking calls

When you book a Frequency Session, you agree to provide accurate information and to receive appointment confirmations and reminders by email and SMS (you can opt out of SMS by replying STOP). The call is free, carries no obligation, and either of us can end it at any time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation email.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, videos, graphics, and logos, belongs to You Prosper LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no scraping, no interfering with its operation, no submitting false information, and no using it for anything unlawful.

Third-party services

This site uses third-party services such as scheduling software, video hosting, and analytics. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, You Prosper LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Client engagements

If you become a client, the services we deliver will be governed by a separate written agreement. If anything in these website terms conflicts with a signed client agreement, the client agreement wins.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
